Updated October 27, 2026. These terms explain use of the Lopheri storefront at https://lopheri.com and should be read with the information shown for your order.

Using this store

By using the store or ordering, you agree to the applicable store terms. You must have the legal capacity to enter the transaction, or appropriate permission and supervision where law allows. The store must not be used for an illegal purpose.

General conditions

We may take reasonable steps to protect the store and customers from fraud, security threats and serious misuse. Any restriction must remain consistent with applicable law and does not remove a remedy you already have for an order.

Information and product descriptions

Review descriptions, measurements, variants and quantities before purchasing. We aim for accuracy, while colors can appear differently across screens. An unintended error does not eliminate your rights if goods are not as described.

Availability and order acceptance

Items and options can change. Submitting an order or receiving an automatic acknowledgement does not always mean acceptance; stock, payment or order details may need checking. If we cannot fulfill an order, we contact you and arrange the refund or other resolution due.

Changes to prices and services

Future prices, selections and website functions may change. Review the final price, currency, shipping and tax total before confirming payment. We do not silently raise an accepted order total or materially change the goods without agreement.

Billing and account accuracy

Supply correct billing, recipient and contact information, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Protect account credentials and inform us promptly about an order error or suspected unauthorized activity. Payment options actually offered appear at checkout.

Delivery and after-sales terms

Our Shipping & Delivery and Return & Refund Policy explain fulfillment and remedies. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit takes 5–11 business days; average total fulfillment is 8–14 business days. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Cancellation requests depend on the order’s fulfillment status.

Optional tools and other providers

Some functions, such as payment or delivery, involve independent providers and may have their own terms. Check relevant provider information before using an optional service. We do not claim control over every third-party system.

A relevant external link does not endorse all material on the destination site. Consider that site’s terms and privacy information when using it. Tell us if a linked resource appears misleading or no longer works.

Reviews and other submissions

Only submit material you have a right to share. Do not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive or private material belonging to others. If you send feedback for publication, you allow reasonable display and formatting of that feedback for store purposes while retaining your underlying ownership.

Personal information

The Privacy Policy explains collection, use, sharing and privacy requests. Never send full card details, account passwords or security codes by ordinary support email.

Corrections and interruptions

We may correct typographical errors and maintain the site. Online features may be interrupted. If an error materially affects a purchase, we explain the issue and the available options rather than assume consent to a different order.

Prohibited conduct

Do not impersonate others, commit payment fraud, bypass security, introduce malicious software, harvest personal information, misuse checkout or infringe intellectual property. Store text and visual assets may be protected; use them only with permission or another lawful basis.

Disclaimers and responsibility

No guarantee of uninterrupted access is made for every online feature. Subject to applicable law, responsibility for loss depends on the circumstances, including foreseeable consequences of a breach or negligence. Nothing excludes liability, product rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Claims caused by misuse

Responsibility for third-party claims arising from your unlawful use or infringement is determined under applicable law. You are not required by this clause to cover losses resulting from our own wrongdoing, and mandatory consumer protections remain in place.

Ending access

You may stop using the store at any time. Access may be suspended reasonably for security, legal compliance or serious misuse. Ending access does not cancel accrued obligations or an existing right to a refund or other order remedy.

Severability and agreement

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to the extent lawful. These terms and linked policies describe our online arrangements, without overriding mandatory law or a separate written commitment agreed for an order.

Applicable law

The law applicable to a transaction follows the relevant legal rules and facts. We do not select an unrelated foreign jurisdiction or waive protections you retain under the law of your residence.

Updates and questions
